I am a trainer and practitioner with several years of professional experience in IT. In 2019, I founded EDU-SOFT, because education is my strength and passion. I invited a team of proven people to cooperate, in order to care for our Clients satisfaction. Together, we provide high quality educational offer tailored to the needs of our Customers. We base our cooperation on good relations and customization. I will gladly hear how we can help and what EDU-SOFT can do for you?

Michael — Michal

Since 2015 I have been dealing with something that could be described as DevTestOps. My strengths are Python, C# and good knowledge of CI / CD tools. I code in Java when needed to automate tests in web browsers. Before working in IT for 8 years, I have been climbing from construction engineer, through a consultant, to a project manager. From this period I brought experience and knowledge about the importance of: quality, actual and precise documentation, compliance to the industry standards, negotiations as well as close cooperation with the Clients.

I am a big fan of Python who necessarily works mainly in C# & Java.

Additionally, I have a lot of experience in running BootCamps in the field of: Python + Django or Java + Selenium.

After 10 years of work in various industries and structures in positions related to communication, people development and business, where I was the “link” between the management board, employees and the environment of the organization, the thought came to me: “You create a business like you are.” Then I published a book “Without hierarchy … The way to conscious organization …” ( https://swiadomeorganizacje.com/ ). I am convinced that everyone can be co-creator of the organization in which they work. I love experiencing how people release their energy, abandon patterns, turn ideas into action, interact with each other – as then surprising things happen and people create amazing things … That is why I support people and organizations in volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous world of VUCA on the road to self-organization, as it is the natural state of every healthy and creative organism.

Currently I am a student at the College of Banking. At EDU-SOFT care about relationships and communication trying to inform you about the latest events and news. I make every effort to ensure that the information published is accurate, current and is clearly understandable. I like spending time on personal development. I am constantly looking for information about current trends in the field of education, skills improvement and professional qualifications. I constantly learn myself and that is why I consider involvement in the company’s activities to be useful. It gives me pleasure to develop my passions, i.e. playing the instruments as well as learning to dance.
